I have a policies page but below you will find any updates to the policy information.

Please remember when booking your appointment you need to book for the correct service. My schedule is full most days and I do not have a lot of time between clients to give you the service you want rather than what you booked. Please reach out if you have any questions or need help deciding which service you need to book. As I will no longer be able to accommodate service upgrades at appointment times.

New Clients - You are now required to book your own initial appointment. I require a credit card on file for booking which will be billed in the event of a no-show or a late cancelation which is 50% of the service booked.

All Clients - If you book appointments with me and repeatedly cancel you will either be banned from booking any further appointments or you will be required to pay in full for your appointment and your appointment will not be refundable for any reason and this does include illness.

Please remember that my time is as valuable as yours and I will not allow or tolerate any one abusing my time.
